Description:
SAP-014 is an entity weighing roughly 18.144 Kilograms and standing at an estimated 101.6 centimeters. SAP-014 resembles that of a small 4-year-old male child that suffers from extreme bodily necrosis. This condition has been noted to be extremely fast in it's effects upon SAP-014 to an anomalous degree. Despite this, SAP-014 seems rather unconcerned by it's state and only views as a mild annoyance. This is likely due to an observed anomalously rapid healing property of SAP-014's tissues.
Tests that have been run on SAP-014 to locate the source of these anomalous medical properties have suggested an anomaly present in SAP-014's Macrophage cells. SAP-014's Macrophage cells appear to have next to no ability to fight existing bacteria, such as the bacteria causing SAP-014's advanced necrosis. Moreover, the Macrophage cells also appear to have a heightened capability to rebuild existing cells, and to stimulate the activity of other tissue repairing cells. This is what is thought to be the reason for SAP-014's accelerated healing properties.
SAP-014 also appears to bear a severe cervical fracture which causes an unnatural amount of mobility present in the vertebrae of SAP-014's neck. Despite this, SAP-014's general physical mobility, excluding in the neck, seems to be normal. The reasons for this are currently unknown.
SAP-014 appears to also suffer from a rare psychological disorder known as "Alice in Wonderland Syndrome" (AIWS) alternatively known as Tod's Disease. AIWS Affects how the brain perceives certain events, objects, people, distances and passages of time. This is extremely true for SAP-0141.
SAP-014's most abnormal property, however, is it's seeming inability to die. SAP-014 medically should be dead, if not from the advanced necrosis, then the cervical fracture. Though, for currently unknown reasons, is not. SAP-014 is not, however, immune to bodily harm and/or injuries and is not exempt from the sensation of pain, though dulled by it profoundly.
Aftermath Protocols:
SAP-014 is generally cooperative with staff and should not be considered a major threat. SAP-014 is held in a standard Nursery holding cell located at Site-16 outfitted with standard Nursery inventory including toys and sleeping furniture. SAP-014 is to be monitored and routinely visited by nursery staff accordingly due to SAP-014's frequent containment breach attempts (see Addendum-014-2).
Discovery:
SAP-014 was discovered after reports of a "Zombie Child" began circulating around the city of Lafayette, Indiana, in the US from local residents and even featured on local news broadcasts. After an investigation into events, the Repository located SAP-014 wandering in the woods of a nearby rural community. SAP-014 was detained and information regarding the SAP-014 sightings was obtained and archived accordingly from the eyewitnesses.
Shortly after this file was catalogued into the database, an unknown link appeared. After much deliberation, the link was intended to be removed but always appeared to return. It is unknown how the link and the document linked to came to be, or if it is indictive of anomalous influence or a security breach.

As of █/██/████, SAP-014 has 7 occured escape attempts, 3 of which were successful. Roughly 24 hours after each containment breach was noticed and acted upon, SAP-014 was recovered in a fearful state. Accordingly, SAP-014 was cautiously confronted regarding his initial upset nature after his recontainment. SAP-014 claimed to have observed "Bird people", "Long scary hallways" and "other scary kids". It is hypothesized currently that SAP-014 believes he is in an orphanage. Staff are encouraged to keep up this facade for the sake of SAP-014's troubled mental state.
