Description:
SAP-013 appears to be a male infant between the age of 1-2 years old. He is Caucasian, weighing roughly 20 pounds. SAP-013's skin has no pigmentation in it, despite it's hair being black. SAP-013's mouth is of a circular shape, with three rows of small sharp teeth lining it's mouth. It has 3 tongues, ranging from 5 inches in length to a Foot.
SAP-013's stomach and digestive system cannot handle any solid substance, if ingested, SAP-013 will proceed to vomit the substance back up. As such, the only known liquid substance able to completely nourish SAP-013 is human blood. SAP-013 will, on an occasion it becomes hungry, will begin to cry and scream, prompting an adult to pick it up, whereas SAP-013 will take this opportunity to bite the exposed skin of the adult closest to SAP-013's mouth. In most occasions, the adult does not notice this, due to the numbing properties of SAP-013's saliva. upon biting the adult's skin, SAP-013 will proceed to siphon out blood from the adult by sucking on the bite. SAP-013 will continue to drink the blood until it is satisfied, usually after roughly 30-50 minutes.
SAP-013's skin appears to produce an anomalous, slimy, vaguely green substance. This most commonly occurs after a feeding. Several samples of the substance were taken and they were found to contain high levels of acidity. Despite this, it is currently believed that this substance's primary function is a form of lubrication, the reasons for this are unknown. The substance also has a burning effect on living tissue, similar to that of hydrochloric acid.
Aftermath Protocols:
SAP-013 is to be kept in a sterile, standard humanoid containment cell outfitted for use as a nursery. it should contain:
1 crib
2 blankets
3 pillows
assorted stuffed toys of nursery staff's choosing
1 small, orange -tinted, LED lamp.
personnel entering SAP-013's cell, or assigned nursery staff are to wear Hazmat suits at all times. Feeder staff should wear plastic suits which cover the skin. SAP-013 should be fed 4 times a day accordingly, with alternating Feeder staff.
Feeder staff are to, during feeding sessions, hold SAP-013 and allow him access to their Radial Artery located in their wrist. This should last until SAP-013 ceases willingly, or until feeder staff begins to feel unwell.
During "Bedtime" 1 member of Nursery personnel, preferably female, will be chosen to occupy SAP-013 while he sleeps in his crib.
