Item#: SAP-010, Onniontus the Great, Forefather of Monsters

Description: SAP-010 is a megafaunal organism measuring about 800' (~244 meters) in length. The specimen, despite its large size, shares a similar morphology to terrestrial polychaete worms. Large dorsal tergites are present down the length of the body, each possessing a corresponding sternite below. These rigid plates do not completely cover the body, and unlike those of segmented worms, are joined together by a muscular body with a robust integument. The dermal tissue of SAP-010 is considered functionally impenetrable because of its ability to harden upon contact with any projectile or otherwise tactile object. The density of the skin does not appear to change, rather, the cells are modified at the molecular level into a crystalline structure resembling that of graphene. Once physical contact is broken, then the affected area will return to its original composition. This ability appears to act as a defensive mechanism, one which may be "switched off" by the specimen.
SAP-010 appears to be of extraterrestrial origin, possessing internal organs not found in Earth's native organisms1. The entity appears to possess strong telepathic and psychic abilities, as well as matter manipulation at a medium potency level (through non-PSI means).
Aftermath Protocols: Ranking as medium or highly powerful, even among other multupotent entities, SAP-010 is capable of destruction on a possibly worldwide scale with little to no effort. It is, however, mostly uninterested in baseline humanity, and thus does not seek any interaction with the general populace. Usually, SAP-010 is only detected by freighter or fishing ships en route, mitigating sightings and often eluding any efforts to pinpoint its exact location.
Discovery: SAP-010 has existed in the periphery of various PSI-capable cultures and organizations for all of known human history. Records recovered from archeological sites, specifically the Polynesian islands and what is now coastal Morrocco, reference SAP-010 as a deity originating from the stars.
Addendum 1: A note written by Agent-Y of the Repository, a special operative capable of non-psychokinetic PSI feats that place him roughly in the rank of the 19th strongest human telepath on Earth. After a discussion with SAP-010, Agent-Y wrote the following note, included here as supplemental material for the original transcript.
Today "me and the boys" were finally able to carry out a mission we were wanting to take part in, one researching SAP-010. Right now it's about 21 hours after conversing with the entity, so I'd say that its about 16 hours after I finished writing down everything we discussed.
Yesterday, which was 1967/August/04, at around 14:45 GMT-10, I acted as the main communicator to Onniontus. Of course, to avoid any sort of brain damage from the psychic receiving of a multupotent entity's thoughts, there were four other guys around me, reading my mind, plus another agent who was writing the whole thing down. Together, we "split the signal" so that any specific person wouldn't have to get hit with the full strength of it. I think that this method for establishing communication worked pretty well; despite my slight headache, we all agree that our collective reception of SAP-010's broadcast was a good precaution. It also helped that we were in a bunker under Hawaii, around 1000 miles2 away from where the anomaly was actually located at the time.
Obviously, talking with such a strong telepath was tiring, even though all the phrases were "dumbed down" so we humans could understand. But there are two things that I find interesting. The first is that SAP-010's responses to the interview seemed more like questions than statements. I mean, sure, the concepts were transmitted the same way as any other telepathic signals would be, but I can't shake the feeling that this wasn't just an interview. I think the entity was trying to gauge how I (and by extension those who were reading my thoughts) perceived its answers. SAP-010 definitely knows that I was able to catch this, so I guess we'll see how further interviews go. Hopefully no one was thinking anything that would be off-putting to the creature.
The second is that SAP-010 sounded weird. I'm not really sure how to describe it to a non-PSI-capable person, but after talking with Onniontus, it just sounded … different. It wasn't like it had a linguistic accent or anything, mainly because we were exchanging pure thoughts and concepts. It was more like after conversing, I had a strange "aftertaste" in my head that I can only describe as foreign. A feeling way different than anything I have experienced before, not from any other discussion. I guess it makes sense given the entity's origin, but talking with SAP-010 felt different.
Addendum 2: Below are manuscripts regarding SAP-010. The first is dated to around 3000 BC and describes the origin of the entity. The second, dated to around 250 AD, is an excerpt from a written record detailing the accounts of a (presumably metahuman) roman warrior.
Text 1:
Now in those days, humanity had not yet been raised up from the ground, and creatures of power occupied the land. The sky abounded with life, whether the beating of raptors' wings or the humming of scarabs'. The pronged wraiths had not yet been fully vanquished, but the leather limbs of some creatures allowed them passage through the sky, they soared with the wings of bats and dragons. The soil was fresh and new, but the world was devoid of those born of clay and mud.
When the first features of the titans (that is, gods who bore the roughly sculpted forms of [human] men and women) arose, they were molded by [THE SUPREME]. The land, once lacking anyone to live in it, called to them, and was settled by the creatures of terror. The deep of the sea, as well as the rivers and springs of the aboveworld, brought forth creatures of power. They, and the proto-titans3, dominated [Earth] for quite some time. But eventually the true men-gods4 were created, and they beat back the tides of chaos. Thus, the first era of peace was established.
At that time, the men-titans and their ancestral brothers dwelt the world in peace. Only occasionally did conflict happen, but it never embroiled the land as it had before. And it was a time of harmony, for in those days, the men-gods did not hunt the monsters.
There came a time whenever a traveler arrived in the world. The local creatures asked, "Where did you come from? Are you of the sea, or of the caves? Certainly you cannot be from the sky, for we saw you voyage through it."
And the visitor responded, "I have come to you from another world with another star. For I decided to leave my brothers and sisters in search of new lands, that I might come to reside in them and among their people."
Because he said this, the god-creatures of the land accepted him, allowing him to dwell in their dens and shelters. He took as his mate one of the female god-creatures of the forest, who willingly became his bride.

It came to pass that Onniontus the Great buried the bones of his wife, for she had been killed in the battle that had taken place just before the birth of mankind. Now all he had left were his children, those leviathans of old that swam the seas before the first of the atlantians, and who wrought terror upon mankind until they were slain by the king of the third-born aquatics. It is for this reason that Onniontus is called the Forefather of Monsters: he is an ancestor to the armored worms who writhed with the wrath of an alien sun. It is also for this reason that you have heard your mothers and fathers say, "By the maw of Rayax." Because whenever the king of the third atlantians evicted the foreign serpent-monsters from his domain, only a few of them survived the slaughter. It was one of these creatures who was spared by the will of [THE SUPREME], a child named Rayax (who may also be called Raxyar), who became a strong and terrible king in the waters bordering the mountains, where his tail coiled around the gateway to Rome and his tendrils held the islands from sinking into the depths.
