SAP-007 is to be considered an extreme threat. SAP-007 appears to be an emaciated male humanoid. SAP-007's body is abnormally lanky and his bone structures appears to have the capability to bend at will, allowing for his neck to be turned at a 360° angle, making his perception of his environment extensive. As of currently, no personnel have been able to sneak up on SAP-007 without his knowledge. SAP-007's age is currently unknown, as the only known person who claimed to know SAP-007 from birth was his mother, who is deceased, presumably killed by SAP-007.
SAP-007 has the anomalous ability to grow in height and length at will. SAP-007's skin seems devoid of pigmentation and his head is lacking any hair follicles necessary for hair growth.
SAP-007 seems capable of minor tissue regeneration, and has been shown to be able to resist massive trauma to his limbs and skull.
Aftermath Protocols:
SAP-007 is to be contained in a large containment cell composed of high grade Titanium, as any material less than that has been shown to be ineffective in containing SAP-007.
SAP-007 is to be fed a diet of human spinal fluid and rabbit waste weekly, as more then that can result in a containment breach.
Discovery:
SAP-007 was initially discovered by a pair of paranormal investigators after they were contacted by SAP-007's supposed mother. After the initial investigation, the Investigators left, finding nothing abnormal with SAP-007. The following day, the mother contacted the investigators once more, but by the time they arrived at the home, SAP-007 was no longer in the house and the mother and supposed aunt of SAP-007 were found deceased in their beds, with small, circular holes in the back of their necks.
The SAP Organization intervened and, 3 days later, SAP-007 was found and contained.
Addendum-007-1:
During a recent containment breach, it should be noted that SAP-007 was observed by staff and guards to be able to grasp onto the walls and ceilings of Site-13's halls at impossible angles, prompting an immediate update to his file. SAP-007's hands and feet appear to produce a sticky liquid substance capable of clinging onto vertical and horizontal surfaces with ease, making SAP-007 an adept climber and stealth predator
