Description
SAP-004 appears to be a small hand held radio of unknown make and model. The space on the Radio where the manufacturer would be labeled is absent. upon it is a dial, a speaker on the lower portion of it, and a handle on the top section.It appears to be of advanced age and has signs of typical wear and tear, though none of this seems to impact it's ability to function properly.
When turned on to any Radio setting, sounds of varying things will be produced from it's speakers. Such contents include: Unsettling voices, unintelligible noises, screaming, grinding noises and snippets of what sounds to be documentaries but upon research, finds none to exist. (see Addendum-004-1).
Subjects who hear these sounds produced by the radio claim to feel a great sense of fear and unease, describing it as a "primal fear". Roughly 20-30 minutes after a human hears the sounds, they will begin to develop signs of serious mental illnesses, ranging from psychosis to insanity. Subjects will often become hostile with staff but retain a child-like fear of SAP-004.
Attempts have been made to locate the source of these broadcasts but are as of yet unsuccessful.
Aftermath Protocols:
SAP-004 is to be contained in a standard low threat anomalous object cell, outfitted to be sound proof. All researchers testing SAP-004 are to wear ear protection during testing. Only level 3 or higher personnel are to be allowed access to SAP-004, unless with permission from the current Site Director.
Discovery:
SAP-004 was initially found after two urban explorers traversing the abandoned St. Mary Bethlehem mental hospital in Bromly, London, United Kingdom. They were found days later crazed in the woods, rambling about "the Devil box". Agents were sent to the scene and soon recovered SAP-004.

TEST 1
89 Mhz.
Results: sounds like that of two baseball commentators commentating on what sounds to be a pit fight where a man is forced to fight several exotic animals to the death. The broadcast ends after the man reportedly dies after being torn in half by a hippopotamus.
TEST 3
95 Mhz.
Results: what sounds to be a music station host claiming to be the station for the town of "Jubilation". After giving his introduction, a multitude of screams can be heard which continue for 15 minutes before ending and the host giving a cheery sign off.
TEST 8
100 Mhz.
Results: what sounds to be an elderly woman reading out a list of random numbers in Russian for 30 minutes before abruptly stopping and saying in English with a reportedly frightened voice, "Zero".
TEST 15
130 Mhz.
Results: Grinding noises, described as sounding like rusted metal against something soft, then a cracking, snapping sound, like that of dry twigs. This continues for 20 minutes.
TEST 30
150 Mhz
Results: a sound similar to gurgling or babbling described as unsettling. The sounds slowly change and form into intelligible speech, repeating the sentence, "Here we go!". Eventually, a large number of voices join in. the low sound quality makes it un-certifiable, but it was described as sounding as if from within a cave or tunnel of sorts.
