This being (SAP-022) was once more or less equal to other multupotent entities. However, at some point in history, it would be mortally wounded and discarded on the far side of the moon. It now uses most of its intelligence and PSI abilities to constantly regenerate its rotting body, which forces it to operate on a level lower than most of its multupotent peers (but still far above sapient-level sophonts). The entity also has created a population of non-baseline humans, either via PSI-enabled gene editing or by creating avatars that sired heirs.

To add to this Dossier, an Multupotent Entity must have been mentioned in at least 3 Articles, Author pages don't count. Must provide links to documents in which the Multupotent Entity is referenced and information regarding the Multupotent Entity should generally be pulled from information already written about them, but some artistic liberties can be taken.. For the sake of "beefing" up certain hubs/dossiers, the Master Administrator does not need to abide by these rules
