The SAP Repository's paramount goal is the conservation of knowledge and information. As such, it should be addressed professionally what our standard protocols revolving around information distribution, Archival, and public access.
To start, the Repository does not use memory wiping drugs. Our organization is strictly against such practices. Cover stories and misinformation is occasional, often more so done by our benefactors and the governments that rely on us. And even those are only perpetrated during large group witnesses and almost never singular civilians. We may make those doubt their memories, but we shall not rob those of their memories.
Our Repository is not, however, against the use of Truth serums to gain information quickly and efficiently under situations where time is of the essence. Though our serums are often inaccurate and interviews and investigations are preferred. Though we attempt to keep a level of secrecy, we are not dependent upon it.
